We don’t collect any personal information about you when you visit our site as it’s used purely for informational purposes.

If you email us and provide personal information via our contact form, which is limited to your name and email (with all other fields optional), we’ll use it to reach out to you to discuss your needs - that’s it. We may add your personal information to our address books, but we don’t sell your personal information, share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes, or use it for any other purposes not described in this policy. If you want us to delete your personal information, update or correct your personal information, or want us to stop using your personal information, email us at info@dejesusconsulting.com.

We use a third party called Squarespace to run this site. We’ve disabled certain tools they offer their customers, such as the activity log (so that we don’t collect or see visitors’ IP addresses or other personal information) and the ability to place analytics cookies. That said, Squarespace still places necessary cookies on visitor devices to allow them to navigate and use key features on this site. We also use a third party called Ticket Tailor to manage registrations and payments for our training courses. When you register for a training course, you’ll be redirected to a web page administered by Ticket Tailor and you’ll be asked to provide certain personal information. We’ll have access to your personal information that Ticket Tailor collects on our behalf, but we only use such personal information to contact you for training purposes or to send you news and marketing communications if you opt-in to receive them. We also share this personal information with the International Association for Privacy Professionals (IAPP) in order to fulfill your training order (i.e., supply you with materials for training and register you for an IAPP account or extend your membership). If you’d like to unsubscribe from any communications you receive from us, you may do so using the “unsubscribe” button located in the footer of our marketing emails. Some of our communications are transactional in nature (e.g., receipts, invoices) - if you’d like to unsubscribe from all of our emails, including transactional emails, please reach out to us at info@dejesusconsulting.com.
